“Elevator chime was more like a gong and kept me up at night because I could hear it as it hit every single floor. Carpet tiles in room coming up and kept tripping over. No humidity exhaust in bathroom so water runs down the walls when you take a shower. 99% sure there's mold somewhere behind the mirror, etc because I'm allergic and couldn't stop sneezing whenever I was in the room. I called ahead of time about having a pet after I drove three hours they argued with me about bringing my pet and once I was allowed to pet the manager I was still charged an extra 160 dollars. I had also called to ensure there was a pool as we planned to spend the majority of our time relaxing there, the “heated” pool was absolutely freezing though it did seem clean. “The room was clean. The shower shelf was missing/broken off; everything had to be placed on the floor. It made showering more like a workout. Room 206. The bathroom was clean and stocked with clean towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot. ”
